OK. Maybe the CBC’s not the only main stream media organization to try their best to shill for the most corrupt government in the history of Canada.
These guys do some heavy lifting too.

You’re not supposed to campaign on election day.
Does this mean that the CBC will be off the air for the full 24 hours? Or, will they merely refrain from “reporting” on the election?

As everyone in Canada knows, the LIberals have released unbelievably negative attack ads against Stephen Harper in a desparate bid to salvage their corrupt reign as the the country’s governing party. The most famous one (ht – ProudToBeCanadian) warns of Harper, ala Pinochet in Argintina (thanks for the correction anon) Chile – sending troops into city streets to quell citizen dissent.
The ads are now being parodied all over the web. Damian Penny has some of the best.
Well, Stephen Taylor has uncovered the LIberal’s latest, as of yet unreleased, attack ad. This ad is going to change everything.

This guy is an asshole!
How is it that we keep electing these assholes who think that we are so stupid we can’t even raise our own kids? Their entire belief system is based upon the fact that simple citizens can’t figure out their own lives. A central planning function must take as much money from the citizenry in taxes and control every aspect ot their lives.
Why? Why do we keep falling for this?
